Gualberto do Rosário (Portuguese pronunciation: [ɡwalˈbɛɾtu du ʁuˈzaɾiu]) (October 12, 1950-) was Prime Minister of Cape Verde[1] from 29 July 2000 to 1 February 2001. Leader of the Movement for Democracy (Cape Verde), do Rosário was acting PM from July to October 2000 and became PM thereafter.
He stepped down as leader in August 2001 and ran as an independent candidate for Municipal Council of St. Vincent in February 2008. He was Minister of Agriculture under former PM Veiga.
